Karma Code is a mobile app for Vedic astrology, including birth charts, daily horoscopes, panchang, compatibility, reports, and chart-based conversations. The app is operated by the Karma Code team.

Privacy Policy
How Karma Code handles account data, birth details, location, and readings.
Karma Code reads your birth chart to provide Vedic astrology guidance. Birth details, location, and the questions you ask can be personal, so this policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how you can delete your account or request support. Information we collect
Account information: when you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive the account details needed to create or access your Karma Code account. This may include your name, email address, profile photo, provider account ID, and sign-in verification information.
Facebook Login information: if you choose Continue with Facebook, Facebook sends us your Facebook account ID and, when available and permitted, your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this only for sign-in, account creation, fraud prevention, and support.
Birth details: the date, time, and place of birth you enter, including city and coordinates where needed. These details power charts, readings, compatibility, and personal timing.
People you add: birth details for partners, family members, or other people you enter for compatibility or readings. Only add another person's details with their consent.
Location: the location you select, or your device location if you grant permission, so the app can compute local sunrise, sunset, panchang, and timing data.
Conversations and readings: questions you ask, readings generated for you, and related chart context so the app can keep continuity and improve quality.
Usage, device, and diagnostics: feature usage, app version, device type, push notification token, crash or diagnostic information, and security logs.
Payments: subscription status and entitlement information. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and by RevenueCat. We do not receive or store card or bank details.
How we use information
To create your account and keep you signed in.
To calculate charts, panchang, compatibility results, horoscopes, reports, and timing windows.
To personalize guidance and keep reading context consistent over time.
To process subscriptions, restore purchases, and manage entitlement limits.
To send notifications you enable, such as daily horoscope or personal sky alerts.
To keep the app secure, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
We do not sell your personal data.
Reading and chat processing
For reading and chat features, your question and the chart context needed to answer it may be sent to trusted processing providers, including model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. They process requests on our behalf. We send only what is needed for the feature and do not authorize providers to use your content to train their models.
Service providers
We share limited information with providers who help us run Karma Code: sign-in providers such as Google, Apple, and Facebook; Apple and Google for payments; RevenueCat for subscriptions; reading and chat processors; cloud hosting and database providers; analytics and diagnostics providers; and push notification infrastructure.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security harm.
Data deletion and retention
You can request account and data deletion from the app or through our web data deletion page at https://karmacode.app/data-deletion.
When an account is deleted, active access is revoked and account-linked charts and conversations are removed from normal app use. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, audit, legal compliance, or support. Retained records are restricted and are not used to provide an active app account.
If you remove Karma Code from Facebook settings, that removes the Facebook connection from your Meta account. To delete data held by Karma Code, use the app deletion flow or the web deletion request path.
Your choices and rights
You can view, update, or delete saved charts in the app.
You can delete your account in the app from Profile, Account, Delete Account.
You can request deletion or privacy help by emailing sabin@karmacode.app.
You can turn notifications on or off in your device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.
Children
Karma Code is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect data from children. A chart created for a child must be entered by an adult account holder.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the data entrusted to us.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will revise the date above and, for significant updates, may notify users in the app or through another appropriate channel.
